Global Compliance Training Program Manager

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of compliance landscape and expert knowledge related to the fields of Integrity at HP, Global Trade, Privacy and Cybersecurity

The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $140,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).

Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
