Global B2C Strategy & Operations Manager

An exceptional communicator (verbal and written) who can modulate to different audiences and objectives

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity about this area of work (ecomm, marketplace, tech) and empathy / a natural instinct to help our sellers and solve their problems. Experience as a seller (casually or beyond) is a plus.

Track record of bringing initiatives from ideas to execution and strong ability to build and implement project plans

You are collaborative and candid, and are able to influence cross-functional partners through domain expertise, quality work, and quality relationships

6+ years of related experience. Experience in management consulting or related business strategy role at a major corporation a plus

Business function experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech in a product, product marketing, general management, or related business function role. Cross-disciplinary experience is a plus

BA/BS required, MBA or similar graduate degree preferred

A passion for selling on marketplace platforms

Ability to be present at an eBay office 3 days/week

Ability to travel occasionally to San Jose HQ and/or other global locations as needed

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
