Role Overview
Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across the Employee Digital & Automation domain.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure AI architectures across the full solution lifecycle.
Work across generative AI, cloud computing, data management, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end generative AI and AI-native solutions, including data pipelines, model selection, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Gather requirements, define solution strategies, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop technical roadmaps and establish reusable AI architecture standards and reference patterns.
- Embed AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security into solution delivery.
- Evaluate AI risks including bias, hallucination, and data security concerns.
- Conduct technology assessments, proofs of concept, and build-versus-buy analysis.
- Build AI tools, agents, and integrations using architecture-as-code practices.
- Mentor engineering teams on AI architecture, agentic workflows, and AI-native development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
