Responsibilities
- Lead geological fieldwork including mapping, sampling, trenching, and supervising drilling activities
- Develop and implement exploration programs aligned with project objectives
- Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to identify mineralization targets
- Prepare technical documentation such as geological models, logs, cross sections, and reports
- Oversee core logging and QA/QC processes, sampling workflows, and data validation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for drilling, surveying, environmental management, and project execution
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Support project management through budget planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and technical presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining exploration
- Proven involvement in at least two exploration projects (greenfield or brownfield)
- Strong understanding of exploration techniques, drilling operations, and sampling methodologies
- Proficiency in geological software such as ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Surpac, or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in remote field environments and manage field activities independently

About the Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist with strong experience in mineral exploration to join our team and support a growing portfolio of exploration programs across Saudi Arabia.
- The selected candidate will contribute to field operations, geological interpretation, and resource evaluation across multiple project sites.
- This role suits professionals who have delivered strong results in exploration projects and are ready to take on broader responsibilities within a dynamic and expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geological fieldwork by conducting mapping, sampling, trenching, and supervising drilling activities while ensuring high quality data collection and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement exploration programs aligned with project objectives and industry best practices, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
- Analyze and interpret datasets including geological, geochemical, and geophysical information to identify mineralization targets and support exploration decisions.
- Prepare technical documentation such as geological models, logs, cross sections, and reports to support resource assessments and project evaluations.
- Oversee core logging and QA/QC processes, sampling workflows, and data validation to maintain accuracy and integrity of exploration datasets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology (mandatory; Mining Engineering degrees are not accepted).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining exploration.
- Proven involvement in at least two exploration projects (greenfield or brownfield).
- Strong understanding of exploration techniques, drilling operations, and sampling methodologies.
- Proficiency in geological software such as ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Surpac, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in remote field environments and manage field activities independently.
- Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
