Responsibilities
- Lead and execute geological fieldwork, including mapping, sampling, trenching, and drilling supervision
- Develop and implement exploration programs aligned with project objectives and industry best practices
- Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to identify mineralization targets
- Prepare technical reports, geological models, logs, and cross sections to support resource assessments
- Oversee core logging, sampling workflows, QA/QC procedures, and data validation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams involved in drilling, surveying, environmental management, and project execution
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Support project managers in budget planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and preparation of technical presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining exploration
- Proven involvement in at least two exploration projects (greenfield or brownfield)
- Strong understanding of exploration techniques, drilling operations, and sampling methodologies
- Proficiency in geological software such as ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Surpac, or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in remote field environments and manage field activities independently

- The company is seeking a skilled Geologist with solid experience in mineral exploration to support a portfolio of active and upcoming exploration programs.
- The selected candidate will contribute to field operations, geological interpretation, and resource evaluation across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute geological fieldwork, including mapping, sampling, trenching, and drilling supervision, ensuring high‑quality data collection and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement exploration programs aligned with project objectives and industry best practices, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
- Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to identify mineralization targets and support decision‑making across exploration stages.
- Prepare technical reports, geological models, logs, and cross‑sections to support resource assessments and project evaluations.
- Oversee core logging, sampling workflows, QA/QC procedures, and data validation to maintain accuracy and integrity of exploration datasets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
