We are seeking an experienced GIS Specialist to join our client's team in Qatar for large-scale Roads, Infrastructure, and Drainage projects. The role involves managing GIS databases, spatial data, and supporting project handover activities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain GIS databases, maps, and spatial data related to infrastructure projects
- Support Roads, Infrastructure, and Drainage projects through GIS analysis and mapping
- Prepare accurate GIS reports, drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist in project handover activities and ensure all GIS related deliverables are completed on time
- Review, update, and validate project data throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
- Provide technical support and recommendations related to GIS systems and applications
- Maintain proper records and organize project information for easy access and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years of regional handover experience on major international or regional Roads, Infrastructure, and Drainage projects
- Strong knowledge of GIS tools, mapping systems, and spatial data management
- Experience working on large infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID)
- Must be willing to transfer sponsorship
