About the Role

- Design and deliver enterprise grade Generative AI solutions across conversational AI, process automation and business applications
- Lead technical discussions, guide engineers and influence architecture decisions
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in software or AI engineering
- 3–4+ years of hands on experience delivering production AI solutions
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Studio
- Hands on expertise in RAG, embeddings, semantic search and knowledge base integration
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or LlamaIndex
- Exposure to vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event driven architecture and enterprise integrations
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of agentic AI and multi agent workflows
- Ability to lead technical discussions, guide engineers and influence architecture decisions
- Strong and structured communication skills

Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Senior AI Engineer / Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise grade Generative AI solutions across conversational AI, process automation and business applications.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite. Employment: Full Time. Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days.
- Candidates currently outside the UAE can apply if they are ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
