Overview
- We are looking for a strong AI Native Software Engineer with hands on experience building production grade RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions.
- This role is ideal for a software engineer who can design scalable AI systems, build multi agent workflows, integrate enterprise APIs and critically review AI generated code before it reaches production.
Must have skills
- Strong hands on experience in RAG and LLM applications
- Production experience with Agentic AI and multi agent workflows
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search and reranking
- Strong backend development experience using Python, FastAPI, Flask or Django
- Experience with REST APIs, async processing and system design
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, security and code review
- Strong communication skills
Good to have
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code or Aider
- Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or other enterprise platforms
- Exposure to MLOps, LLM evaluation, fine tuning and enterprise identity systems
Important eligibility criteria
- Valid passport is mandatory
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Must be comfortable working 5 days from the office
