Requirements

At least 2 years of accumulated VA work experience or equivalent
With inbound/outbound calls experience as a VA
Exemplary communication skills
Knowledge in navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
Experience in handling several CRMs
Must have work equipment ready and a dedicated workspace
Minimum 50mbps internet connection and preferably with internet back-up option
Best if you have a specialty skill like IMMIGRATION, EDUCATION, RTO (Registered Training Organization), HEALTHCARE, REAL ESTATE, MARKETING, Ecommerce, etc.
