Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support guests involved in meetings and conferences with audio-visual and IT needs.
- Ensure guest IT equipment works to their full satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of PCs, laser projectors, speakers, TVs, DVD players, CD-ROM players, and related equipment.
- Anticipate requirements for cables, adaptor plugs, projector screens, projectors, and other peripherals.
- Maintain knowledge of hardware, operating systems, application software, and supporting tools.
- Advise the hotel General Manager and Financial Controller on IT spending and upgrade needs.
- Support IT needs across all hotel departments.

- Identify workplace risks and apply controls to reduce risk as far as reasonably practicable.
- Comply with workplace OSH policies, procedures, management instructions, and required training.
- Report hazards, use provided safety devices and PPE, and report OSH incidents and injuries.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,000 per month.
