Ability to perform maintenance and repair work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and hotel equipment systems.
Ability to respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot faults, and handle emergency breakdowns.
Ability to comply with hotel safety, health, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
