Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and compassionate **General Practitioner (GP)** to provide high-quality primary medical care to patients of all age groups.
  • The GP will be responsible for diagnosing and treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventive healthcare in accordance with Qatar healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • **Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with approved clinical guidelines.
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling to patients.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when required.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations and clinical standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
  • **Requirements & Qualifications:*** Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid **Qatar Medical License (QCHP / DHP)** or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Minimum **2–3 years of clinical experience** as a General Practitioner (preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
