Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to exacting standards
- Greet, serve, and engage with customers warmly, building positive relationships
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and seating area at all times
- Handle cash, card transactions, and point of sale operations with accuracy
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines
- Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment of supplies
- Support teammates in busy periods and contribute to a positive team spirit
Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and latte art
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
