About Lana Life Care

  • Lana Life Care is a growing home healthcare provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high quality, patient centered medical services in patients' homes.

Position Overview

  • Seeking a DHA Licensed General Practitioner (Female) for Doctor on Call / Home Healthcare services.
  • Ideal candidate has hands on experience in home visits, strong clinical expertise, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits and provide comprehensive patient consultations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Administer and supervise treatments including IV therapy and wound care.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide preventive healthcare guidance and patient education.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records as per DHA standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing and care teams for continuity of care.
  • Contribute to service development and patient experience improvement.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
  • Minimum 1 year UAE experience (MANDATORY) in home healthcare or primary care.
  • Strong experience in home visits, IV treatments, wound management.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision making skills.
  • Strong communication and patient counselling abilities.
  • Arabic speakers preferred.
  • Candidates with strategic mindset and interest in growing home healthcare services valued.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
