- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor accounts, and customer account settlements
- Manage and monitor healthcare related procurement and purchase records
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing and documentation
- Oversee payroll processing in line with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support month end and year end closing procedures
- Track and control office and operational expenses
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a General Accountant in the healthcare sector (home healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
- Proficiency in Zoho (Books/Payroll) and advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong familiarity with payroll processing, including salary calculations, WPS compliance, and employee deductions
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, ledger management, and P&L analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Must be immediately available to join

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a General Accountant in the healthcare sector (home healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance.
- Proficiency in Zoho (Books/Payroll) and advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with payroll processing, including salary calculations, WPS compliance, and employee deductions.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, ledger management, and P&L analysis.
- Experience handling healthcare related purchasing and expense tracking.
