Role Overview
Full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The practitioner will provide primary care, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and coordinated healthcare for diverse patient presentations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and provide treatment and follow-up.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with DHA regulations.
- Coordinate care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide preventive-health education to patients.
- Participate in clinical training and continuous professional development, including mentoring junior staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in medicine and primary care is required.
- Experience or specialization in family medicine is preferred.
- A valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA licensure as a General Practitioner is required.
- A recognized medical degree and relevant internship or residency in general practice or family medicine are required.
- Excellent communication, a patient-centered approach, and adherence to ethical and professional standards are required.
