Role Summary
Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, manage chronic illnesses, and provide preventive care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain patient records, and foster a compassionate patient environment.
Patient Care and Continuity
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medication and appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide counselling on lifestyle, health, and disease prevention.
- Maintain ongoing patient relationships and adjust chronic-care treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary.
Emergency and Health Promotion
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Stabilize patients before transferring them to specialized facilities when required.
- Educate patients on preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Conduct screenings for diseases and risk factors.
