The General Manager will play a critical leadership role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
This role requires a highly proactive leader with strong sales and business development expertise, capable of driving commercial success while aligning operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop long-term client relationships, optimize business performance, and contribute directly to the company’s expansion strategy within the UAE and regional markets.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute aggressive sales and business growth strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients across UAE and GCC markets.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing major accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing client accounts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key regional and international clients.
- Act as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

- Strengthen the company’s positioning as a trusted strategic partner within the market.

3. Operations & Business Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
- Implement operational strategies, SOPs, and performance frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational execution with business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve challenges proactively to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Improve internal processes, reporting structures, and workflow management across the organization.

4. Strategy & Leadership
- Contribute to the company’s overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and expansion plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Foster a commercially driven and performance-oriented culture across the organization.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt business strategies.
- Align sales, operations, finance, and client servicing functions to achieve company objectives.
- Support innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

5. Financial & Performance Management
- Oversee company profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage P&L performance and ensure sustainable financial growth.
- Track and analyze operational and sales KPIs, reporting directly to senior leadership.
- Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices across all business functions.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and financial discipline across departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a senior management or General Management position.
- Strong background within marketing, advertising, branding, retail activation, or experiential agencies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and business expansion.
- Strong operational management and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Existing network within UAE and GCC markets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
