- Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders

- Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects, deadlines, and action items across departments
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the MD
- Maintain and organize confidential documents, contracts, and executive files
- Support the MD in board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviews
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision making and business planning
- Assist in managing company wide communication, announcements, and executive directives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C level or MD/CEO roles
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Experience in UAE corporate environment is highly preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Executive Assistant role based in Sharjah.
- The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize logistics for senior leaders.
- Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, screening calls and emails, and maintaining confidential records and files.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and foresight.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business briefs, proposals, and meeting minutes for executive level discussions.
- Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects, deadlines, and action items across departments.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the MD.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑level or MD/CEO roles.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, and confident.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience in UAE corporate environment is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills.
