B.E. (Civil / Mechanical) from premier Indian or International Institute with an MBA

12 � 15 years of experience with at least 5 years� experience in leading the Project Execution of large scale projects within the Real Estate industry

Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry

Should possess strong project management skills

Good knowledge of contract documentation and management

Drive end-to-end project execution for a large scale project (mall/commercial/residential) and ensure seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management

Works closely with business leadership, Head � Construction, VP � Projects and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief

Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and innovation across all project operations

Manage the finalization of Project Drawings by coordinating with the Architecture team & various consultants to review and revalidate the project drawings

Provide inputs to the planning department in detailing the project plan in terms of activity level break down, timelines, project risks, etc

Prepare risk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified risk including credible/ alternate backup options and implement and ensure adherence to the same

Undertake Contractor Empanelment by verifying the detailed scope of work for various contracts required for the project based on the BOQ document, quality levels and timelines as per the project plan and thus ensure finalization of best possible contractual terms and conditions
