Role overview
Leidos is seeking a full-time General Manager for Leidos Arabia LTD, its wholly owned subsidiary in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The General Manager manages business activities including personnel, financial management, operations, contracting, government relations, compliance, business development, and program execution.
The role reports to the IOS Division Manager and operates in a highly diverse, multinational setting.
Primary responsibilities
- Coordinate local and intercompany functional support across human resources, accounting, tax, audit, legal, payroll, banking, ethics, and international trade compliance.
- Coordinate legal and regulatory compliance, local contracting, vendor support, safety, and risk management.
- Support program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Support recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, compensation, employee engagement, workplace relations, and ethical compliance.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications plans and provide input to weekly senior management situation reports.
- Assist with managing a multinational team of 75–100 personnel.
