Role Description
The General Manager – GCC is responsible for overseeing business operations and growth across GCC markets.
The position includes regional strategy, client relationships, service delivery, team coordination, performance monitoring, budgeting, and external representation.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategies across GCC markets.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure services meet organizational standards and local market requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor performance against targets.
- Provide guidance on market trends, regulatory considerations, and business development opportunities.
- Manage budgets and report on regional performance.
- Represent the company in meetings, partnerships, and negotiations within the GCC.
- Align regional initiatives with company objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Maintain ethical, inclusive, and culturally aware practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general management or regional leadership roles, preferably within the GCC.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams, manage stakeholders, and build long-term client relationships.
