- Own the full P&L, delivering ambitious commercial results while nurturing a high performance culture
- Champion Naumi’s brand in Dubai, building strong relationships with owners, corporate partners and the local community
- Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistently exceptional, personalised service
- Steer all hotel operations, rooms, F&B, revenue, sales, finance and engineering – with an eye for detail and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Hotel Manager/Cluster GM stepping up) in upscale lifestyle or boutique hotels
- Deep understanding of the Dubai/Middle East hospitality market, including owner relations and local regulations
- Track record of delivering strong GOP and revenue growth while protecting guest satisfaction and brand reputation
- Inspirational people leadership – ability to coach, empower, and hold team to high standards
- Comfort with systems, data and digital tools to make smart, fast decisions
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence representing the hotel externally
