Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the F&B strategy and oversee all outlets and kitchen operations
- Provide direct leadership to the Executive Chef and entire F&B division
- Own the full F&B P&L, budget, cost control and revenue optimisation
- Drive menu engineering, pricing strategies, and profitability initiatives
- Lead service excellence and guest satisfaction across all F&B touchpoints
- Manage VIPs, special requests, and personalised experiences
- Recruit, train, develop, and performance manage the full F&B team
- Oversee menu and beverage development, including full liquor license management
- Lead banquet and event execution in partnership with Sales and Events teams
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (HACCP, Dubai Municipality, DTCM, Dubai Police liquor license)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar senior leadership role in hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise
- Capability to develop and execute F&B strategy
- Financial management skills including P&L ownership
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HACCP, Dubai Municipality, DTCM, Dubai Police liquor license)

- Naumi Hotels is revolutionizing Dubai's hospitality scene with a bold, design driven boutique hotel in Barsha Heights. We're looking for an F&B Director to play a critical leadership role in driving the success of the hotel's dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
