Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of cleaning and catering services across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply usage to minimize waste and cost.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and promote positive employee relations.
