• Lead all day-to-day operations of the bakery and retail outlet, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, including bakers, baristas, and retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Uphold the highest standards of product quality, presentation, and consistency, from production to point of sale.
• Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase footfall, build customer loyalty, and enhance brand presence.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee visual merchandising and the overall retail environment to create an inviting and premium customer experience.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within the premium bakery, café, or food retail industry.
