Role Description
The General Manager is a part-time remote role overseeing overall operations, guest experience, and brand standards at Yak Biergarten.
The role coordinates with on-site management and staff to support smooth service, consistent food and beverage quality, and safety and hygiene standards.
Operations and Guest Experience
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with on-site management and staff.
- Maintain service quality, food and beverage standards, and safety and hygiene compliance.
- Monitor guest experience and apply customer service best practices.
- Develop and update operating procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace through communication and performance feedback.
Financial and Commercial Support
- Monitor financial performance and review sales and cost reports.
- Guide menu and pricing decisions and support revenue and profitability goals.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and event planning to drive guest traffic.
