Role Overview
Leidos is seeking a full-time General Manager for Leidos Arabia LTD, its wholly owned subsidiary in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The General Manager manages the company’s business activities in Saudi Arabia, including personnel, finance, operations, contracting, compliance, business development, and program execution.
This is an onsite position in Riyadh and reports directly to the IOS Division Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-Kingdom human resources, accounting, tax, audit, legal, payroll, and banking services.
- Coordinate intercompany human resources, global mobility, international accounting, payroll, tax, legal, ethics, and trade compliance support.
- Coordinate legal and regulatory compliance.
- Support program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Support safety and risk management activities.
- Coordinate local contracting activities and vendor support.
- Support recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation activities.
- Support employee engagement, workplace relations, and ethical compliance.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
- Provide input to weekly situation reports for senior management.
- Assist in managing a multinational team of 75–100 personnel.
