Responsibilities
- Monitor operation of electrical systems and fittings
- Check water pressure and ensure proper functioning of pumps and tanks
- Handle minor repairs immediately (switch replacement, water leakage, minor clogs)
- Inspect air conditioning units and ensure filters are clean and operating efficiently
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from villa residents
- Perform routine inspection of all electrical connections and circuit breaker panels
- Clean and maintain plumbing and drainage system to avoid blockages
- Check kitchen and bathroom equipment, including maintenance of water heaters
- Inspect outdoor lighting and garden electrical systems
- Ensure proper functioning of water pumping systems and address flow issues
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance and HVAC
- Ability to handle minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Knowledge of water pumping systems

Daily Tasks
