Overview

  • Have experience in the Qatar more then 5 years in construction Company
  • Provide support to operations group
  • Oversee finance operations including financial planning and analysis, costing and accounting activities.
  • Develop strategic plans, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and improve accounting procedure and policies.
  • Formulate strategic and long-term business plans.
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that will minimize financial risk.
  • Manage company budget.
  • Keeps abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial meetings
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
  • salary transfer and all related jobs.
  • * Prepare and manage company invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • * Issue and control cheques, bank transfers, and payment processing.
  • * Oversee payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely salary transfers (WPS).
  • * Maintain and monitor employee financial records and accounts.
  • * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • * Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial planning.
  • * Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability.
  • * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • * Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
  • * Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
