Set up and calibrate machinery (speed, feed, temperature) according to work orders and specifications.
Load, measure, and feed raw materials or components into production equipment.
Operate semi-automated and manual machinery, including the use of power tools.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for bonding integrity, alignment, and defects.
Production Support: Read work orders, gather materials, and meet daily production targets.
Continuous Improvement: Report quality issues or equipment concerns and suggest process improvements.
Health & Safety: Follow all workplace safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
Heating pipe in glycol.
Applying gaskets to pipes ranging from 4” to 6”.
Sawing.
Repetitive process, requiring strong attention to detail .

Forming pipes to size, ranging from 8” to 24”.
Sawing.
Repetitive process, requiring strong attention to detail.
Heating PVC pipe.
Pull the right size branches.
Fittings range from 4” to 24”.
Training will be during the day shift, for the first 3 months of employment, 7:30am to 4pm.
When training has been successfully completed and the employee is certified, the shift will transition to Monday to Thursday, from 4:30pm to 4am ..

Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required.
Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure. Basic math and numerical skills. Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and electric tools. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Shifts are on a rotating, variable basis.
Regular Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm.
Alternate Shift 1 (as needed): Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm– 4am.
Alternate Shift 2 (as needed): Saturday, 7:30am to 12pm (noon).
Occasional statutory holiday work may be required.
Must be in good health.
Must wear CSA-approved steel-toe boots.
Follow all PPE and gowning procedures.
Maintain compliance with company health and safety policies.
Rate of pay: $21 to $24 per hour.
Eligible upon the successful completion of the probationary period.
