- Set up and calibrate machinery (speed, feed, temperature) according to work orders and specifications.
- Load, measure, and feed raw materials or components into production equipment.
- Operate semi-automated and manual machinery, including the use of power tools.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for bonding integrity, alignment, and defects.
- Production Support: Read work orders, gather materials, and meet daily production targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Report quality issues or equipment concerns and suggest process improvements.
- Health & Safety: Follow all workplace safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
- Heating pipe in glycol.
- Applying gaskets to pipes ranging from 4” to 6”.
- Sawing.
- Repetitive process, requiring strong attention to detail .
- Heating pipe in glycol.
- Forming pipes to size, ranging from 8” to 24”.
- Sawing.

- Heating PVC pipe.
- Pull the right size branches.
- Fittings range from 4” to 24”.
- Training will be during the day shift, for the first 3 months of employment, 7:30am to 4pm.
- When training has been successfully completed and the employee is certified, the shift will transition to Monday to Thursday, from 4:30pm to 4am ..

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure. Basic math and numerical skills. Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and electric tools. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
