General Labour

General Labourer’s have a range of responsibilities within their role at Maple Lodge Farms, depending on the plant they are in. Responsibilities may include:

Cutting, packing and tying raw chicken for our various customers

Mixing ingredients and packaging chicken products

Working an assembly line and standing for extended periods of time

Working in cold, wet and loud environments

Adhering to company policies and procedures, animal welfare training and more.

Promoting and complying with all Maple Lodge Farms Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls

1 st shift - Around 6:30 am – 3:30 pm

2 nd Shift - Around 3:15 pm – 12:00 am (Midnight)

1 st shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

2 nd Shift - 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Midnight)

1 st shift - 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

VRT Cooler (Palletizing)

1.)7:00 am - 3:30 pm

2.)7:15 am - 3:45 pm

3.)7:30 am - 4:00 pm

We are looking for responsible, engaged individuals to work with our processing team as general labourer’s. Some key qualities needed include:

Able to lift 35+ lbs.

Able to multitask

Strong teamworking skills

Factory experience is not necessary
