Main Purpose of Job

  • Oversee team responsibilities, foster a collaborative environment, ensure high quality results, and contribute to the continuous evolution of departmental processes.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress.
  • Foster team collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and train team members.
  • Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management.

Functional Responsibility

  • Oversee day to day insurance operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Manage insurance claims processing and resolve routine issues.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of insurance information.
  • Assist in training team members on insurance processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage claims and services.
  • Support cost management initiatives within the insurance function.
  • Provide input on improvements to insurance operations.
  • Resolve employee queries related to insurance coverage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years.
  • Language: English proficient (Required).
  • Language: Arabic proficient (Preferred).

Working Relation

  • Internal Interactions: Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Peer Collaboration, Mentorship Programs, Research and Development Discussions.
  • External Interactions: Industry Conferences and Seminars, Professional Association Involvement, Thought Leadership Publishing, Client Consultations.
