General Finance Senior Coordinator

Coordinate project and contract lifecycle activities, including baselining, updating, closure, and status reporting.

Maintain project financial data in APEX, including margin updates, data accuracy, and reporting support.

Support month-end close activities through preparation of reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.

Perform WIP reviews and related reconciliations to ensure accurate project financial reporting.

Execute monthly and quarterly SOX controls and maintain supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Support Oracle EBS/APEX system improvements through Jira testing and process enhancement initiatives.

Prepare management reports and provide financial support to Project Managers, Finance, and Order Management teams.

Undertake ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; ACCA/CIMA qualification or part qualification preferred.

in Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Management Accounting.

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, APEX, or similar ERP systems.

Good understanding of project accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
