While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the wearing of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of eye protection while on the production floor as well as hearing protection in designated areas.

The environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the position.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, regularly exposed to noise levels in the work environment which are moderate to loud, and exposed to temperature ranging from moderate to high depending on the time of year and location of the work being done.
