Experience and requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in catering and hospitality, including cafeteria, restaurant, or food service operations.
- Experience in event setup, food service, buffet service, and post-event cleaning is advantageous.
- Physical fitness is required for standing, lifting, carrying, and other manual duties.
- Good personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance are required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures is required.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- A Food Handler Certificate is advantageous.
- Immediate availability is requested.
Work schedule
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedules.
Event duties
- Set up and dismantle event areas, tables, chairs, buffet stations, and catering equipment.
- Assist with food and beverage service, replenishment, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
