Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior General Dentist to join our dental clinic in Dubai on a commission-only basis.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical experience, excellent patient communication skills, and be eligible to undertake the role of Medical Director also as per DHA requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent)
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in the UAE or home country
- Eligible to take up the Medical Director role in Dubai
- Must have own valid UAE visa
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of patient care
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with general dental conditions
- Perform routine dental procedures including fillings, extractions, scaling, root canal treatments, crowns, and cosmetic procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
- Support clinic operations in the capacity of Medical Director if required
- Build long-term patient relationships and ensure patient satisfaction
Compensation
- Commission-based remuneration only
- Attractive earning potential based on performance and patient flow

- Candidates currently residing in Dubai/UAE will be given preference
