Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and kitchen standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items
- Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations
- Monitor ingredient usage, control food waste, and support inventory management
- Ensure kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are clean and well maintained
- Support senior chefs and kitchen team during peak hours and busy service periods
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
- Assist with special menus, events, and bulk food preparation when required
Requirements
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General Chef or in a similar kitchen role
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- The General Chef must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment and follow food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with KSA standards.
