General Cashier (Saudi only)

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accurate entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
• Maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents according to company policies and procedures.
• Record and analyze computerized financial information and summarize data in journals or ledgers.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Audit cashier banks and maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
• Document and act on cash variances according to standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with the property, armored car service, and primary banking institution.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
• Protect confidential information and company assets while maintaining professional communication.
• Perform reasonable additional duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is specified.
