We are seeking a dual-role professional to manage our financial operations and human resources administration.
The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of our financial records, maintain tax compliance, and oversee the full payroll cycle and employee attendance.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Accounting
- **Daily Records:** Maintain accurate records of all daily income and expenses.
- **Accounts Receivable:** Issue professional invoices and proactively follow up on client payments.
- **Accounts Payable:** Manage vendor relations, including timely payment of suppliers and service fees.
- **Reconciliations:** Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- **Project Costing:** Track individual project profitability and manage petty cash and inventory levels.
2. UAE Tax & Compliance
- **VAT:** Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns in accordance with FTA regulations.
- **Corporate Tax:** Ensure all records and filings comply with UAE Corporate Tax laws.
- **Audit Support:** Maintain organized financial documentation for the annual external audit.
3. HR, Payroll & Attendance
- **Attendance Tracking:** Monitor daily staff attendance, leaves, and absences.
- **Payroll Processing:** Calculate monthly salaries, including overtime, deductions, and commissions.
- **WPS Compliance:** Process all salary payments through the **Wage Protection System (WPS)**.
- **End of Service:** Accurately calculate Gratuity and End-of-Service (EOS) benefits per UAE Labor Law.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** atleast 1 year of experience in the UAE in a similar dual role.
- **Tax Knowledge:** Proven experience with **FTA VAT filings** and an understanding of UAE Corporate Tax.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho) and advanced MS Excel.
- **Compliance:** Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and WPS procedures.
- **Soft Skills:** High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong ethical standards.
