GenAI / Copilot Senior Developer

6–8 years of total IT experience.

1–2+ years of proven experience in Generative AI agent development, preferably using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integrations.

Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Foundry is an added advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment.

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team to achieve objectives.

Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated maturity in handling situations and understanding business requirements.

High responsiveness and keen perception.
