Gas Services

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or similar technical functions.

Experience with industrial process technologies and/or auxiliary systems used in energy generation plants is preferred.

Proven experience conducting supplier audits and strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.

Strong understanding of root cause analysis, quality methodologies, risk management, and supplier development processes.

Experience working with quality management tools, supplier databases, and digital quality systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Willingness to travel up to 30% based on business requirements.

You will be part of a global Supplier Quality organization focused on ensuring a high-performing, reliable, and quality-driven supply chain for Siemens Energy products. The team collaborates closely with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing functions to drive quality excellence and supplier development.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Management team supporting Siemens Energy. The team works closely with suppliers, procurement, manufacturing, and planning functions to ensure the reliable flow of materials and services required to meet customer and production commitments.
