Role Summary

FDE L3 is a senior, high-ownership engineer who leads complex customer deployments end-to-end. The role independently frames problems, designs architectures, drives KPI impact, and mentors junior FDEs.

Scope & Complexity

Owns end-to-end technical delivery for customer engagements

Handles ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces

Acts as a trusted technical advisor to client teams

Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy scalable, resilient GenAI and agentic systems

Anticipate failure modes and proactively design mitigations

Define client KPI improvement opportunities and drive outcomes

Mentor FDE L1/L2 engineers and set delivery best practices

Skills Expectations

Advanced system design and distributed systems expertise

Deep understanding of agentic architectures, evaluations, and tradeoffs

Strong command of performance, cost, and reliability optimization

Confident stakeholder management and technical storytelling
