- The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco and ADNOC HSE requirements, with proven experience in leading HSE teams on Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects.
- This role is critical in safeguarding the health and safety of all personnel and ensuring that the project meets international HSE standards.
What You'll Lead and Deliver
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and requirements of Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, and relevant industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, policies, and procedures tailored to the project and company needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across project sites, ensuring adequate controls are in place to mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
- Lead investigations of HSE incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections at project sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee the development and testing of emergency response plans, ensuring that all project sites are prepared to handle emergencies effectively.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
- Track and analyze HSE performance metrics, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all contractors and subcontractors adhere to project specific HSE requirements, including those set by Saudi Aramco and ADNOC.
- Act as the key point of contact for HSE matters with regulatory authorities and clients (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC), ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
