- Manage and operate garage management software systems for daily operational activities
- Maintain and update vehicle, customer, service, and transaction records in the system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system
- Support garage staff with system related queries and operational issues
- Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with established procedures
- Generate operational reports and provide necessary system data to management
- Coordinate with software vendors or IT teams for technical issues when required
- Assist in improving system processes to enhance garage efficiency
- Train and guide users on proper usage of garage software
- Perform regular checks to ensure smooth system operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Automotive Management, or related field
- Previous experience working with garage management software, ERP systems, or operational software is preferred
- Good knowledge of garage/workshop operations and processes
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and software applications
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system related issues from an operational perspective

Job Overview
