360tf seeks a Fundraising Manager to identify and engage potential investors, drive investor commitments, and manage relationships. The role involves conducting presentations, negotiating terms, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential investors including family offices, HNIs, institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries globally.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the 360tf fund strategy and investment proposition.
- Drive investor commitments to achieve the target Bonds and fund size.
- Negotiate investment terms with investors, especially with APS investors in the Fund.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Provide regular updates on fund strategy, performance, and portfolio developments.
- Organize investor briefings, roadshows, and networking events.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memorandums, and marketing materials.
- Represent 360tf Capital and fund at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Work with internal teams to enhance fund visibility and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in investor relations and fundraising.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors.
- Experience in capital raising and investment strategy.
- Proficiency in relationship management.
