Investor identification and outreach

  • Identify potential investors including family offices, HNIs in India and the GCC, institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries globally.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors.
  • Initiate contact through meetings, calls, and networking events.

Investor engagement and fundraising

  • Present the 360tf fund strategy, 360tf Capital, and investment proposition.
  • Follow up with interested investors to convert interest into commitments.
  • Track each investor through the fundraising pipeline.
  • Drive investor commitments to achieve bond and fund-size targets.
  • Negotiate investment terms, including with APS investors in the fund.
  • Ensure timely closure of investor commitments.
  • Work with founders to convert legacy relationships into firm commitments.

Relationship management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Provide regular updates on fund strategy, performance, and portfolio developments.
  • Organize investor briefings, roadshows, and networking events.

Marketing and communication

  • Prepare pitch decks, investment memorandums, and marketing materials with guidance from the Investor Infrastructure team.
  • Represent 360tf Capital and the fund at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance fund visibility and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify, engage, and manage prospective investors through a fundraising pipeline.
  • Ability to present fund strategy and investment propositions to investors.
  • Ability to negotiate investment terms and secure investor commitments.
  • Ability to prepare pitch decks, investment memorandums, and related marketing materials.
