Investor identification and outreach

  • Identify potential investors including family offices, high-net-worth individuals in India and the GCC, institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries globally.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors.
  • Initiate contact through meetings, calls, and networking events.

Investor engagement and capital raising

  • Present the 360tf fund strategy, 360tf Capital, and investment proposition to prospective investors.
  • Follow up with interested investors to convert interest into commitments.
  • Track investor progress through the fundraising pipeline.
  • Drive commitments to achieve target bond and fund sizes.
  • Negotiate investment terms, particularly with APS investors in the fund.
  • Close investor commitments on time and leverage founders' legacy relationships.

Relationship management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Provide regular updates on fund strategy, performance, and portfolio developments.
  • Organise investor briefings, roadshows, and networking events.

Marketing and communication

  • Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and marketing materials with guidance from the Investor Infrastructure team.
  • Represent 360tf Capital and its fund at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance fund visibility and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and engage family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries.
  • Ability to conduct investor presentations and meetings explaining fund strategy and investment propositions.
  • Ability to manage investor follow-ups and progress commitments through a fundraising pipeline.
  • Ability to negotiate investment terms and close investor commitments.
  • Ability to prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and marketing materials.
