Role description
The Fundraising Coordinator is a contract, hybrid role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work from home.
The role plans, organizes, and executes fundraising campaigns and initiatives to support YooKatale's mission and growth.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate donor prospects and manage communications with current and potential donors.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams on fundraising events, online campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
- Track fundraising performance, maintain donor databases, and report recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationships with donors, partners, and internal teams.
- Fundraising or philanthropy expertise, including donor cultivation, grant writing, sponsorship development, or nonprofit fundraising.
