YooKatale is a mobile food market that enables selling, buying, and advertising food products and services, serving both homes and commercial clients in Uganda, Africa.

The Co-Founder role is a contract position based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining and executing YooKatale’s strategic direction, including market expansion, product development, and partnership building.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating with teams in Uganda, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

This role will involve supporting fundraising activities, contributing to go-to-market plans, and guiding marketing and sales initiatives to grow user adoption of the mobile food market.

The Co-Founder will also help shape the company culture, establish processes, and make data-informed decisions to support sustainable growth and impact.
